20′ Flat Rack Containers are designed for cargo that is either too wide or high to fit into a regular container. ISO compliant container suitable for international freight use (CSC). Flat Rack Containers can be handled from the corner pieces, like a regular container, and they can be loaded either from the top or the side.

Description
The 20’Flat Rack is a ‘platform’ container with no end walls or roof. This container model enables oversized loads and their transportation around ports and terminals at a lower cost than traditional breakbulk cargo.  The Flat Rack is an ISO compliant container suitable for international freight use (CSC). The container is available with collapsible end walls, fixed end walls, or as a so-called platform model with no end walls.

The weight of the containers is approximately. 3,000 kg, and the maximum loading weight varies between 25,000 kg and 30,000 kg, depending on the model. The version with collapsible end walls and the platform model can be transported at relatively low cost, like other containers, as they can be stacked.
