20′ Ammunition Container

The container has double doors on one end and one long (6m) wall with fully openable doors. The climate control keeps the temperature stable for safe storage. The front-end wall is equipped with a climate control unit, and climate control is based on circular airflow. The floor is without grooves, making sure the cargo doesn’t obstruct the air from flowing over the base (e.g., with pallets) and back under the ceiling (leave some space under the ceiling)

The insulating panels on the sidewall, ceiling, and doors are 60mm PIR panels with aluminum on one side and stainless steel covers on the other side, with a heat conductivity of 0.34 W/m2K. The insulation underneath the wooden floor is 120mm mineral wool with a heat conductivity of 0.33 W/m2K covered with a steel plate underneath.

Reefer seals are used to prevent heat leakages in the door assemblies. Locations of the electric distribution box and a sealed box for straps (and grounding kit) could be changed upon request. Electric cables (insulated) from the LED to the distribution box are placed between the PIR panels and the roof panels.

This unit is built according to all relevant container ISO standards and to fulfill the operational climate requirements. The container is designed to be used in NATO operations and can be modified for every use as per your requirements
